Throughout the entire Coachella Valley we have many different types of rodents and they can cause several problems to your property. Rats, mice, and squirrels will nest in attics, between walls, under floorboards, and many other areas throughout your structure. When these rodents enter your home there are many potential dangers that will arise. These rodents can chew through wires in your attic that could shut off your electricity, phone, or even cause a fire. They also can transmit many different diseases and spread parasites such as fleas, ticks, and lice. Gophers, moles, and squirrels, will ruin your precious lawns and plants before you even realize you have a problem. Once gophers create gopher tunnels under your landscaping these tunnels will remain for many years. Even after eliminating the gophers that are causing all the damage the gopher tunnels will remaining making your landscaping prone to re-infestation. New gophers will adopt the gopher tunnels and start nesting and reproducing in your landscaping area feeding on the roots of your plants and destroying your lawns. Please Call Us For A Free Estimate.

Gophers- Gophers create a large community of tunnels with large mounds of dirt at their entrances, referred to as gopher holes or gopher towns. Gopher towns can easily spread to take over large fields and may have a population in the thousands. They eat shrubs and other vegetables such as carrots, lettuce, radishes, and other vegetables with juice.

Rats- In the right environment rats can breed rapidly. They are instinctively scared of control measures such as bait and traps, and colonize under concrete and porches,in attics, wall voids, burrows, and other secluded places. Rats can transmit many different diseases and carry disease-carrying parasites such as fleas, ticks, and lice into your home.

Squirrels-As humans build into natural areas, squirrels are forced to look for an alternate place to live. The most common invaded areas are attics and garages. Squirrels get to these areas by chewing holes through the exterior of the structure to either store food, nest, or even both. Their activity is usually noisy and can be heard by anyone within close proximity.

Mice-House mice thrive under a variety of conditions: they are found in and around homes and commercial structures, as well as agricultural lands and open fields. Without mouse control, one pair of mice can produce 200 offspring in four months. Mice can carry a number of diseases and can contaminate much more food than they eat.

Moles- In a short period of time moles can cause havoc with their burrowing. Moles create elaborate underground tunnels called runways which run at deep and shallow levels. These runways are typically used for feeding and canbe produced at a rate of 100 ft. per day. Moles feed primarily on beetle grubs, earthworms, ants, and other arthropods living in the ground. A small portion of a moles diet consists of vegetable matter and seeds.
